Time for some thrilling heroics

    Okay I'm ready to start.  We will start with Jayne hat (bra cup) #1:
Let's start with a measurement.  take a tape measure or a piece of yarn.  Starting from the center of nipple measure to the rib under the breast (this can be done with or with a bra.depending on if you plan to wear under it. though I did my measurement over the bra and did not wear a bra under it and it did just fine.
Take your string  (or write down your measurement)  then divide by 3.  This is the way we can keep track how much is hat is gold and how much is the orange (carrot color).  2/3 is gold and 1/3 is orange.  So no matter how big or small you are you can size the bra to your figure.  (feel free to to add or subtract to the measurement if you want more or less coverage.  but always keep the ratio 2/3 to 1/3 with the colors.)

ch = chain
hdc= half double crochet
sc= single crochet
next post will have the instructions for the cups...

The yarn!

I am using worsted weight yarn. Red heart colors  carrot, gold and I wanted ranch red but had to settle for the cherry.  But you don't have to use the brand or colors I use.  It was what I could get a hold of at time.

The original Jayne Bra!

      I surprised when my bra went viral. I though it would be better to do a tutorial rather then a pattern this way you guys can ask questions and you can customize the bra to your size. and I give ideas on how to help change the design to fit your body.
      Step one. I'll be posting the skills needed to make the bra and the supplies you need. Starting Sunday May 12th on Mudder's day. (Sorry, I could not resist the Pun.) I will begin the tutorial.
       I'll have the supply list up tomorrow. I'm not charging for the tutorial. But I do have a paypal button if you want to donate some money for the tutorial. I work two jobs and perform on the side and setting aside time to make and sell the bras really isn't feasible at this time. If you make a Jayne bra just credit me as the original creator. and Send me photos.
 I can't wait to see your creations.
thank you,
